Our head coach, Ammanuel Santa Anna, has studied mysticism and psychospiritual integration for over 23 years, as well as complex systems theory and acting in business leadership, nonprofit leadership, and political leadership, including being a lobbiest, and literal poster boy for the National Organization of Women, among others. Ammanuel has had the gift of being able to see the divine light that emanates from us all as well as the proven methodologies to transform leadership and the living systems that they lead, bringing out the light in leaders and organizations and elevating everything they interact with.

While developing consciousness technology for Luminous Prosperity and writing over 350 books across subjects such as somatic psychology, integral theory, spirit-based leadership for female executives, living systems leadership, and economies, among many subjects, Ammanuel felt the distinct knowing that he was being called to serve spiritually sensitive female executives to serve as a catalyst of their evolution into their authentic selves and take their place to lead the world through truly regenerative and impactful organizations.
